    A: Once we've shipped your order you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and receive regular updates regarding your delivery. You can also choose to sign up for SMS alerts. 

    If it has been more than 24 hours since you ordered and you haven't received any information regarding your order, please contact us

  • Q: How long does a delivery take? 

    A: Between 3 and 5 working days unless you select an express shipping option at the checkout.

  • Q: The item I want is out of stock, will you get it back in? 

    A: Please contact customer services if you cannot see the item you are after in stock and have a specific query.

  • Q: Can I cancel my order? 

    A: You can return any unwanted item for up to 14 days from the date you received your goods as long as the goods are unused or damaged and with the original packaging. 

    If you want to cancel an order immediately after placing it, please call us and speak to a customer adviser.

    What is Eddie Bauer's Guarantee?

    If your Eddie Bauer product has a defect in materials or workmanship, you may return it with proof of purchase within one year.

    If the item is deemed to have normal wear and tear, it will be returned to you. Eddie Bauer's Product Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or accidents.
